On November 22, 2023, at the office of RT Holdings in Ho Chi Minh City, the Kick-off ceremony of the project "Implementing business management solutions with Odoo ERP" took place. The event was attended by representatives of leaders from RT Holdings, implementation consulting partner A1 Consulting, and representatives from Odoo.
RT Holdings is a leading diversified conglomerate in Vietnam, with prominent sectors including Education, Consulting, Commerce & Services, and International Investment.
Education, as a core sector and the most pivotal in the formation and development process, is always considered a focal activity by RT Holdings, with diverse educational and training programs catering to all age groups. Currently, RT Holdings operates several top-tier educational institutions in Vietnam, including:
- Western Australian School System (WASS)
- PennSchool System (PennSchool)
- Sydney International School System (SISS)
- Talent Development Academy (TDA)
- Vietnam-America Vocational College (AmCollege)

RT Holdings is committed to building a comprehensive educational ecosystem with an internationally recognized curriculum, skill development programs, and a variety of learning support services.
The enterprise management solution deployment is a key project for RT Holdings in 2023, aimed at optimizing the operation and management processes of the enterprise.
After researching available solutions on the market, RT Holdings decided to choose Odoo ERP for its comprehensive and flexible features. A1 Consulting was also trusted to accompany RT Holdings in consulting and implementation due to its extensive experience as Odoo's top partner in Vietnam.
The successful implementation of the project is expected to eliminate most of the current manual operations for RT Holdings, while effectively managing issues such as:
- Procurement management: Selling textbooks, uniforms, etc.
- School asset management: Asset transfers between schools, asset depreciation, etc.
- Revenue management: Revenue allocation, financial reporting, managerial accounting, etc.
- Payroll management: Payroll configuration, generating payslips, etc.
- Short-term course management (1-3 months)
Additionally, integrating Odoo with third-party applications such as Salesforce, which RT Holdings currently uses, will be thoroughly handled by Odoo - a system with integrated Open API. Moreover, A1 Consulting, as a leading partner of Salesforce, has experience in implementing Salesforce or integrating it with other entities.
The Odoo ERP implementation project between RT Holdings and A1 Consulting marks a significant milestone in optimizing workflow processes and enhancing the operational efficiency of the company.
During the project kickoff meeting, both parties engaged in discussions and reached agreements on the deployment plan and project scope. Additionally, specific roles for each team member were clearly defined.
RT Holdings and A1 Consulting are committed to close collaboration to ensure the success of the project, aiming to optimize business performance and provide the best value for customers.
Immediately after the ceremony, relevant members from both A1 Consulting and RT Holdings started working together to ensure that the project progressed according to the set timeline.
